When you buy a vehicle in another city or country, distance is only part of the job. Someone still needs to arrange collection, find a suitable driver, check the documents, hand over the keys and keep track of progress. CARVA brings that work into one coordinated service.

I start with the problem, simplify the process and measure the result. That is how I build CARVA to grow with delivery volumes.
Choose the vehicle and route, confirm the order and pay the advance shown in your order, which forms part of the delivery price. CARVA finds a driver. Once the driver details and proposed pickup date are confirmed, you receive an invitation to activate the driver.
On the activation page, confirm the required details, sign the pickup declaration and pay the balance. After signing and payment, the driver can collect the vehicle on the agreed date. The delivery date remains an estimate; updates stay attached to the order.
At pickup, the driver inspects the vehicle, uploads photos and records the keys and documents received. You receive a delivery code. Check the vehicle when you collect it, then give the code to the driver. The driver uploads a delivery photo and enters the code to complete the delivery.
The customer chooses the vehicle, route and preferred pickup date.
Reliable delivery consists of actions that can be checked. Before collection, the vehicle must match its details and the authority to release it. The driver records its condition, supplies photos and notes visible damage. The assigned driver opens the signed declaration through the protected pickup task; this access ends when delivery is recorded.
The vehicle is inspected again on arrival. The pickup record, journey updates and final confirmation help both sides understand what was agreed and what happened. If you notice a discrepancy, record it and tell CARVA before confirming that everything is in order. A clear history matters on a smooth journey and when a question needs resolving.
Routes, contact details and vehicle documents are needed to provide the service. Privacy starts by asking which information each action actually requires. Parts of the customer’s identity and contact details are masked on the pickup declaration, while the facts needed to verify the vehicle and handover authority remain available.
You review and sign documents in your delivery flow. Service emails direct you to the order; where you provide the seller’s email, we send pickup information and the signed declaration to that seller. The assigned driver opens the document through the protected pickup task. The information reaches the people who need it to arrange the handover.
When a customer and driver have never met, the sequence matters: confirmed advance payment, an assigned driver and date, a signed declaration, confirmed balance payment, pickup evidence and receipt of the car. Each step has a responsible person and a record. We use that structure to reduce uncertainty and risk for both sides.

For a driver, CARVA is a way to receive suitable route offers and build a consistent work history. Clear service areas, availability and experience help match you with jobs you can complete well. The agreed payment and pickup plan should be understandable before you set off.
Carefully recorded collections, timely updates and documented handovers make completed work useful beyond a single journey. Reputation grows through real routes and results. Pay is agreed before acceptance, and choosing a pickup date does not automatically change it. Every plan must allow for safe driving and rest.
A journey through several countries takes preparation: vehicle documents, insurance, local rules, seasonal conditions, rest and access to the pickup location all matter. These details belong in route planning. For the customer, the result should be one understandable process as the circumstances of the journey change.
Timing becomes clearer as the delivery progresses. Confirmed pickup gives an arrival estimate a starting point, while traffic, weather and stops can still affect it. A useful service explains changes and what to expect next as well as providing an initial date.
CARVA commits to allocating 1% of its platform share from each completed delivery to Blue / Yellow and another 1% to Maisto bankas, Lithuania’s Food Bank. The first amounts may be modest, but the commitment is designed to grow with us and keep part of our progress invested in the communities around us.
We want giving back to grow alongside the service from its earliest deliveries. These two commitments connect support for Ukraine with care for communities in Lithuania, making a small, consistent contribution part of how we work.
The contribution comes from CARVA’s share, never as an extra customer charge or a deduction from the driver’s agreed amount.
