Who receives the pickup declaration?
Once a driver is assigned, open the “Activate driver” action sent in your order conversation or email. Enter the seller contacts in that form, including the “Seller email” field, then review and sign the declaration and pay the balance.

CARVA uses that email to send pickup information and the signed declaration to the seller. The assigned driver opens the document in the protected pickup task and records condition photos and keys before leaving.
The car must be fully paid for with the seller and authorised for release. Follow the steps in your order; any additional information will be requested there, in the conversation or by email.
