Terms of Service
These Terms govern CARVA's freight-forwarding service and the transport arranged through independent drivers and carriers. The contracting operator is MB 011Motors, trading as CARVA.

From advance payment to handover
Check the estimate, choose the route, vehicle and earliest available pickup date, provide the required details and pay the advance shown at checkout. The normal advance is €100, or the amount shown for your order. It is part of the total price. Confirmed payment starts the driver search; it does not confirm that a driver is already available.
CARVA looks for a suitable independent driver or carrier as soon as the paid order is ready for matching. You receive the assigned driver’s details and proposed pickup date when a match is found. Matching time depends on the route, vehicle, readiness and driver availability. No fixed matching time is guaranteed unless separately agreed in writing.
Before pickup, check and sign the generated declaration and pay the remaining balance through the checkout offered for your order. CARVA activates the driver for pickup after both the signed declaration and confirmed required payment are recorded. An assignment, signature or payment screenshot alone does not authorise collection.
While you wait for the agreed date, follow the order conversation and service emails. On the handover day, be reachable for the driver’s call to agree the meeting time and access. Receive the vehicle at the selected meeting point or the agreed delivery address. Timing changes must be communicated; estimates do not become guaranteed arrival times.
At pickup the driver records the vehicle condition, photos and keys. At delivery, inspect the vehicle, keys and documents before using the supplied confirmation or sharing your delivery code with the driver. Report a problem in the order and to CARVA promptly. A confirmation does not waive mandatory rights or a claim for concealed damage.
Seller coordination and release authority
You must arrange the seller’s permission to release the vehicle, settle the vehicle purchase and provide accurate seller or pickup-contact details and any required release or auction reference. CARVA coordinates collection and, when a seller email is supplied, sends pickup details and the signed declaration to that contact.
The declaration records the authority and details reviewed at signing. It does not settle the purchase, transfer ownership, certify mechanical condition or replace a seller’s own release procedure, insurance or mandatory transport documents. If a seller refuses release or the information does not match, contact CARVA before the driver proceeds.
Operator, role and contracts
CARVA is the service and trading name of MB 011Motors, company code 306328252, VAT number LT100016019919, registered at Tauralaukio g. 26-51, LT-92347 Klaipėda, Lithuania. General enquiries: [email protected]; legal, privacy, rights and legal complaints: [email protected]; invoices and accounting documents: [email protected].
The customer contracts with CARVA for freight forwarding: CARVA receives the request, confirms the commercial terms, arranges and coordinates suitable transport, collects payment, keeps the operational record, and handles customer complaints and remedies under that contract. CARVA is not merely a software vendor, but it does not itself perform the underlying carriage unless an order expressly says so.
The physical transport is performed by an independent driver or carrier under the applicable arrangement with CARVA. No driver or carrier may change CARVA's price, these Terms, or promise a refund or settlement on CARVA's behalf unless CARVA confirms this in writing.
Payment, invoices and delivery terms
You pay MB 011Motors, trading as CARVA, for the delivery service arranged under your order. The advance is included in the total; the balance is due after driver assignment and declaration signing, before pickup. Each amount is charged when you authorise that payment in the secure checkout. Available methods depend on your country, amount and device. No extra fee is added for paying by card or Apple Pay.
MB 011Motors is registered in the Lithuanian Register of Legal Entities (Juridinių asmenų registras), company code 306328252, VAT number LT100016019919. Registered office and postal customer-service address: Tauralaukio g. 26-51, LT-92347 Klaipėda, Lithuania. Customer service: [email protected], +370 654 06214; cancellation, refund and legal claims: [email protected] or your order conversation.
You contract with CARVA for the forwarding service and transport arranged under the order. CARVA is responsible for the transaction, arranging the agreed delivery, customer service and resolving complaints and refunds under these Terms. Independent carriers perform the physical transport for the order. The current checkout collects the order price for CARVA; it does not create a separate payment contract between you and a driver. Do not pay the driver separately for a price already included in your CARVA order.
The current service accepts pickup in Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands and delivery in Lithuania, subject to the route and option shown in your quote. The chosen earliest pickup day is not a confirmed pickup date. We deliver your car within 15 days of your preferred pickup date selected in step 1 of the order. The assigned driver's proposed pickup date must be agreed before collection; the exact arrival time depends on the route and its conditions.
The order summary shows the total including applicable VAT, currency, advance and remaining balance before payment. Paysera checkout is charged in EUR. If a different currency and provider are expressly offered for an existing order, the checkout and order summary identify them before you authorise payment. Your issuer may apply its own currency-conversion charges. CARVA adds no card or Apple Pay surcharge and no minimum amount specific to those methods.
The advance shown in the order is part of the total price and starts matching after payment confirmation. The remaining balance is due after assignment and declaration signing and before pickup. Each payment is a separate customer-authorised checkout; CARVA does not automatically debit a stored card or enrol you in a subscription. The amount is charged when you authorise the respective payment, subject to your issuer's processing and statement timing.
Paysera hosts its secure payment page and handles card and Apple Pay credentials. CARVA does not request or store your full card number or security code. Your issuer or payment provider applies strong customer authentication, including 3-D Secure or wallet authentication where applicable. Apple Pay is offered only when enabled for the project and supported by the customer's payment setup. Never send card credentials in chat. CARVA relies on the provider's confirmed payment status, not a return-page visit or screenshot.
After confirmation of the advance, you receive the payment confirmation through the order and configured service notifications. The VAT invoice is generated after confirmed balance payment using your saved private or company billing details; it covers the total unless an advance invoice has already been issued, in which case it covers the remaining amount. Access the invoice through the order or contact [email protected] about an advance invoice or billing correction.
Check collection and delivery addresses before authorising payment. A paid route is not changed through an informal instruction to a driver. Contact CARVA about any address change; CARVA must review the payment authorisation, price and delivery evidence and, where needed, cancel and refund the affected payment and agree a new order before collection. A price or scope change always requires the customer's agreement.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide complete and accurate contact, identity, vehicle, route, ownership, payment declaration, and handover information, and must promptly tell CARVA if anything changes.
Customers confirm that they own the vehicle or are legally authorized by its owner to release it for pickup, and that the vehicle has been paid for in full with no outstanding seller or previous-owner balance.
Customers confirm that the vehicle is safe and able to be driven, loaded, collected, and delivered in the declared condition, unless they selected the non-running vehicle type and supplied accurate handling information in advance.
Customers must review declaration documents before signing and must not sign if details are incorrect.
If information is incomplete or inaccurate, the vehicle is unavailable or materially different from the declared condition, ownership or payment cannot be confirmed, or the customer otherwise does not meet these responsibilities, CARVA may delay, pause, or cancel the request.
Driver responsibilities
Drivers must provide accurate pickup date, driver name, contact details, billing address, payout-account holder and IBAN, vehicle registration, and carrier registration information, and must update CARVA promptly when any of it changes.
By submitting driver details in the Telegram Mini App, the driver accepts the offer and agrees to coordinate pickup and delivery through the CARVA workflow.
The driver confirms that the payout account belongs to the named driver or business, or that the driver is authorised to use it and receive the payout. CARVA may verify identity, authority, account ownership, tax status, and invoice details before paying a new or changed account.
The accepted driver offer and its recorded adjustments determine the eligible driver payout, subject to completion evidence, customer confirmation, invoice or tax requirements, and any separate written provider agreement. The customer's payment amount is not the driver's payout amount.
A payout may remain pending or be held while a delivery is incomplete or disputed, information is missing or inconsistent, fraud is suspected, or a legal or compliance check is unresolved. CARVA will not send a payout to an unverified destination.
Drivers and carriers are responsible for the registrations, licences, insurance, tax reporting, invoices, working-time compliance, and transport documents applicable to their work. CARVA's workflow does not replace those obligations.
A verified driver means CARVA has recorded checks of identity, carrier registration, and vehicle registration for the delivery. It does not mean CARVA has checked a licence, insurance, background, or experience unless separately stated.
By accepting a delivery, the driver or carrier confirms that they are legally permitted to perform the agreed work, accept responsibility applicable to the delivery or agreement, and maintain insurance required for their activity or service. CARVA does not provide vehicle or cargo insurance.
CARVA requires the driver or carrier performing the delivery to hold carrier liability insurance (CMR) valid for that transport.
Drivers must report route, vehicle, document, key, damage, or handover issues in chat before collection where possible.
By confirming pickup, the driver confirms they personally inspected the vehicle's visible condition and photographed it as thoroughly as reasonably possible, including any visible damage. The driver must upload the photos and complete the pickup record promptly, before leaving with the vehicle. Timely, complete pickup evidence is required for the full agreed payout; incomplete or late evidence may delay or affect payment under the accepted offer and applicable agreement. The assigned driver can open the signed declaration through the protected pickup task once it is available; this access ends when delivery is recorded.
Pickup and arrival estimates are approximate; traffic, stops, detours, and other delays can change the actual timing.
Declarations and signatures
CARVA may generate pickup declarations from customer, vehicle, route, and driver data.
Digital signatures are used to record customer approval and attach signed PDFs to the booking chat.
A signed declaration does not replace any mandatory legal, customs, insurance, registration, transport, or carrier document required by law.
Price, payment and service commencement
The order summary identifies the agreed or estimated total, currency and payment stages. The deposit shown in the order is the first part of the delivery price, not an additional fee. The balance is normally due after a driver is assigned and the declaration is signed, and before pickup. Invoice requests go to [email protected].
Before payment, CARVA records the customer's acceptance of these Terms and, where relevant, the customer's express request that CARVA begin matching and other forwarding work during the statutory withdrawal period, together with the acknowledgement about completed performance. Work begins only after the deposit is confirmed unless CARVA states otherwise.
Price, distance and timing are estimates until CARVA confirms the order. A price will change only where material route, vehicle, condition, access or handling information differs, or the parties agree another change before pickup. CARVA will not impose a material change without telling the customer and obtaining any agreement required by law.
I expressly ask CARVA to start driver matching and forwarding work after my advance payment, during any applicable 14-day withdrawal period. If I withdraw before completion, I may owe only the lawful proportionate amount for work already supplied. I acknowledge that I lose the withdrawal right only after CARVA fully performs the service with my prior express consent.
Pickup date, delivery timeframe and deposit
The date you choose as ‘Earliest pickup date’ is your preferred earliest pickup day, not a guaranteed pickup date. CARVA delivers your car within 15 days of that date, selected in step 1 of the order. If CARVA cannot find a suitable driver or the proposed pickup date does not work for you, you may decline that proposal and receive your deposit back. Tell CARVA before pickup.
Statutory withdrawal
A consumer normally has 14 days from concluding a distance service contract to withdraw without giving a reason, unless a statutory exception applies. A specific-date or specific-period goods-transport exception may apply to an order; CARVA will not rely on it more broadly than the law permits. Mandatory rights under the law of the consumer's habitual residence remain unaffected.
Where the right applies and the consumer expressly requested service to start during the withdrawal period, CARVA may charge only the legally permitted amount proportionate to service actually supplied before withdrawal. If the service has been fully performed after the required prior express consent and acknowledgement, the statutory withdrawal right ends. Full payment alone does not remove that right.
Use the continuously available online function linked as ‘Withdraw from contract here’, or send an unambiguous statement to [email protected], identifying the customer and order. CARVA sends an electronic receipt with the submitted content and date and time. The online function is an additional route and does not limit any other lawful method.
Optional model statement: ‘To MB 011Motors, trading as CARVA, Tauralaukio g. 26-51, LT-92347 Klaipėda, Lithuania, [email protected]: I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for [service/order reference], concluded on [date]. Consumer name and address: [details]. Date: [date]. Signature only if sent on paper.’
Cancellation, failure and refunds
Before a driver is assigned, a customer may cancel and receive the deposit back, except for any amount lawfully due for service already supplied following a valid service-start request. After assignment or partial performance, CARVA will identify the work completed, unavoidable carrier commitments and any other lawful deduction; the customer receives the balance. This does not limit the deposit refund when you decline an unsuitable proposed pickup date as described above. CARVA does not apply an automatic fixed forfeiture or a blanket ‘paid in full means no refund’ rule.
After proper completion, the agreed price is earned. A later change of mind does not itself create an automatic contractual refund, provided all applicable withdrawal disclosures, requests, consents and acknowledgements were satisfied. This does not affect remedies for defective, late or non-conforming performance.
If customer-provided information is materially wrong or incomplete, the customer lacks authority, the vehicle is unavailable or materially different, access is unsafe, or the customer otherwise prevents performance, CARVA may pause or cancel. The customer is responsible only for properly evidenced, reasonable loss or work that the contract and mandatory law permit CARVA to charge; CARVA must mitigate avoidable loss.
If CARVA cannot arrange the agreed service for a reason attributable to CARVA, the customer may choose a reasonable replacement where available or receive a refund for the unprovided service, normally including the full amount paid where no useful service was supplied. If an independent carrier fails, CARVA remains the customer's point of contact and will arrange a reasonable replacement, price reduction, refund for the unprovided part, or other mandatory remedy as appropriate; CARVA will not simply redirect the customer to the carrier.
Ask to cancel or request a refund in your order conversation or at [email protected], giving your order reference and the reason. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, you can also use the online withdrawal function. CARVA explains any lawful deduction and the amount to be returned. Refunds of card and Apple Pay payments are processed through the original provider against the original transaction and payment method, never as cash or a transfer to another account. If the original instrument is unavailable, CARVA asks the provider to arrange the correct return route; it does not substitute another method itself. Statutory withdrawal refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice where that rule applies; other approved refunds are processed without undue delay. Your provider determines when the credit appears. Customer consent does not authorise a different-method card refund or waive chargeback rights. CARVA does not deduct payment-provider fees from a consumer refund unless a lawful, disclosed basis permits it.
Delays, damage and claims
Pickup and delivery times are estimates unless expressly confirmed as binding. A party affected by traffic, severe weather, border or authority action, breakdown, accident, industrial action or another circumstance outside reasonable control must notify the other promptly, limit the effects and resume performance when reasonably possible. Such an event does not remove rights that mandatory law gives for prolonged delay or non-performance.
The driver or carrier is responsible for safe custody, lawful carriage, required licences and insurance, inspections, condition evidence and prompt incident reporting during the physical transport. CARVA remains responsible for its own forwarding and coordination obligations and for liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Report loss or damage promptly in the order chat and to [email protected], with the order reference, photos, pickup and delivery records, repair evidence and the remedy requested. Prompt notice helps preserve evidence but does not shorten a mandatory limitation period. CARVA will coordinate the claim with the carrier and insurer and give a reasoned outcome; nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or any other liability that law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
Reviews, transparency and business partners
After using CARVA, you may leave an honest review on Trustpilot, including a critical one. A review is voluntary and is never a condition of handover, refund, claim handling or driver payout. CARVA offers no reward for a positive review or for changing or removing criticism. You may also contact CARVA directly about a problem; this does not restrict your right to publish a review.
Public delivery examples and prices help explain the service; they are not a promise of the same future price, driver or delivery time. Private order data and documents remain subject to access controls. Our aim to support a transparent market does not grant permission to reuse another person’s data.
Business delivery, carrier and partnership arrangements may have separately agreed commercial terms. Exploring the partner pages or sending an enquiry creates no partnership, agency, investment commitment or general access to customer data. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected where applicable.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Send an operational question to [email protected]. Send a written legal complaint or claim to [email protected] with your name, order reference, facts, evidence and requested solution. CARVA reviews consumer complaints free of charge and provides a detailed, reasoned written response within 14 calendar days of receipt.
If a consumer complaint is rejected, partly accepted, or unanswered within 14 days, the consumer may apply free of charge to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT), A. Goštauto g. 12, LT-01108 Vilnius, Lithuania, through the Consumer Rights Information System at www.vtis.lt, or use another competent body. This does not remove the right to go to court.
Lithuanian law governs these Terms, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protection under the law of the consumer's habitual residence. Courts have jurisdiction under applicable mandatory rules; no term requires a consumer to litigate only in Lithuania where the law gives another forum.
