Vehicle delivery routes and prices

This page lets you compare recorded delivery prices, distances and durations. Insights and the data table use the same records. Use the button above to switch to “Raw data” and inspect individual routes, vehicles and delivery dates. You can sort records and filter columns; returning to Insights shows the figures for that selection.

Each average is the sum of the selected values divided by the number of records. A few long or expensive deliveries can pull it upwards, so the average price alone cannot tell you what your route will cost. Compare records with similar routes and vehicle types too. Read why CARVA makes its data and pricing open to inspection.

Driving time and total delivery time answer different questions. The first describes the journey; the second covers a broader fulfilment period. That can include finding a driver, agreeing a date, completing documents and payment, arranging pickup and travelling. A journey of several hours therefore does not necessarily mean next-day delivery.

The chart shows the share of selected records in each total-duration band. It describes previous records, rather than promising a date for your delivery. With a small sample, one delivery can substantially change the percentages; rounding can also make their sum differ slightly from 100%. Once the car is collected, the arrival estimate is updated for the journey. See our delivery timing guide for more context.

In cities covered by the matrix, the price depends on the delivery region and vehicle type. Other cities add a local leg from the nearest region. Prices here exclude VAT, as indicated beside the average. A previous delivery price is not a quote for a new order: use the price calculator for your own route.

Examples cover Vilnius, Kaunas, Marijampolė, Alytus, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys and Tauragė. Cities in the same price tier can cost the same despite different route distances. Demonstration records use the current price matrix.

An accurate address, correct vehicle details, ready documents and clear handover arrangements reduce extra coordination. Tell us if the vehicle cannot be driven, the seller has not yet been paid, or collection is only possible at specific times. These details matter before a driver is confirmed.

CARVA notifies trusted drivers and selects a suitable match for the route and available pickup date. Pay is agreed before acceptance. Choosing a pickup date does not automatically change the agreed amount. Learn how a driver is selected and how driver pay is agreed.

Your driver is activated only after your electronic signature and balance payment. On the confirmed pickup date, the driver can show the declaration before inspection. They then inspect the car and send photos to CARVA before leaving; we share those photos with you. Arrival estimates and necessary journey updates also pass through CARVA, so you do not have to chase the driver yourself.

Public statistics give you context; your order documents and notifications explain your particular delivery. Follow the full sequence in the CARVA delivery guide and read about updates without chasing drivers. For an unusual route or a question about arrangements, contact CARVA; you can also find quick answers in the FAQ.
