How do I get delivery updates?

Your order guides you through each stage. When your input is needed, CARVA provides the relevant action in the order, conversation or email, including driver activation, signing, payment and receipt confirmation.

CARVA coordinates pickup and delivery. Follow the recorded progress; on delivery day, be reachable for the driver’s call to arrange the meeting. Progress stages are not live GPS tracking.

If your address, vehicle access or availability changes, write in the order conversation so the team can update the plan. Otherwise, follow the steps we send you.
