How do I know my car won’t be stolen?
We work with trusted drivers and collect and check their identity and registration details. Collection takes place under your signed pickup declaration. Pickup and handover evidence stays with your order.
Is my car insured against damage and theft?
CARVA requires the driver or carrier performing the delivery to hold carrier liability insurance (CMR) valid for that transport. CMR insurance covers the carrier’s liability for loss of or damage to the transported car under the policy terms. It is not all-risks insurance for your car: liability limits, policy limits and exclusions apply, so the full vehicle value may not be reimbursed. Ask in your order conversation about the policy and cover for your delivery. For extra peace of mind, you can arrange additional vehicle insurance separately. It is not included in the delivery price. A broker will assess the car, route, value and available terms.
When will you assign a driver, and when will my car arrive?
After the deposit is paid, we aim to assign a driver within 24 hours, but this is not guaranteed. We aim to complete the whole process in 5 business days. The latest delivery deadline is 15 days from your selected earliest pickup date. We agree the actual pickup date once a driver is matched. We keep you promptly and consistently informed about driver assignment and delivery progress in your order conversation and by email.
