Who can see the order conversation?
Discuss route changes, pickup instructions and handover questions in the order conversation. It is linked to your delivery and limited to the relevant participants and authorised CARVA staff.

Messages may be plain or encrypted, and notifications may contain a message preview. Do not assume every message is end-to-end encrypted.
