How do I book car pickup from a seller remotely?
Start the delivery request online with the vehicle’s actual pickup address in Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands and its destination in Lithuania. Prepare the seller’s contact details and permission to release the car to the assigned driver. Booking online does not replace the seller’s release arrangements.

Confirm with the seller that the car is fully paid for, ready for collection and authorised for release. Use the address where the car is located, which may differ from the seller’s office. Have the seller’s name, international phone number and email ready, together with the vehicle’s VIN and any release reference the seller requires. Share changed access instructions in the order conversation rather than leaving them only in a separate call.
Once a driver is assigned, open “Activate driver” in your order conversation or email. Enter the seller contacts, review and sign the declaration, and pay the balance shown. CARVA sends pickup information and the signed declaration to the supplied seller email. The driver opens the declaration in the protected pickup task and records condition photos and keys. A signed declaration does not pay for the purchase or override the seller’s checks; contact CARVA if the seller cannot release the vehicle.
