Can I book delivery for a non-running car to Lithuania?
Yes. The CARVA calculator has a “Does not run” option for a vehicle that cannot move under its own power, has wheels that do not turn or has steering that does not work. You can submit a delivery request from Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands to Lithuania; describe the actual fault so pickup can be arranged for the vehicle’s condition.

Enter the real pickup and delivery addresses and choose the vehicle make, model and year. At “Does the car run?”, select “Does not run” if any of those faults applies. A car that starts but cannot move, turn its wheels or steer should not be entered as running. After your advance is confirmed, the order conversation asks you to describe the problem. Explain whether the car moves under its own power, whether the wheels turn and whether the steering works.
Check the estimate, VAT, advance and balance shown for your own order. Selecting a condition is not confirmation that every vehicle or loading situation can be handled, and it does not reserve a tow truck or emergency roadside assistance. If the fault or access conditions are unclear or change, contact CARVA before pickup. The driver records condition photos at collection; these do not replace the details needed to plan the pickup.
